Christopher Walters

American director, producer, cinematographer and editor with twenty-seven years of experience in his field.

He is based in Kyiv, Ukraine and produces content about the war for consumption by an American television audience.

Walters divides his time between Ukraine and Rebel-held areas of Burma where he works with a similar mandate: to raise awareness of the war there and the struggle of the Burmese people to restore their democracy.

In June of 2023 Walters’ feature-length documentary, Comedy of War, premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York. His current television project, The Home Front, is being filmed primarily in Kharkiv, Ukraine and will be completed in July of 2025.
