Movement Course aims to help you feel more confident in your body, explore its possibilities and find how your body can help you in your artistic expressions.

Through various movement techniques, we are going to be initiated into new levels of presence in our bodies.

We’ll be learning to allow our bodies to speak and being able to hear endless stories they’ve been craving to tell.

We will be solving the mystery of improvisation and researching the principles of the movement of each body part.

Learning the movement alphabet.

Develop body control and dive deeply into the ocean of self expression.

Each workshop will consist of 3 parts

  • a deep warm up, including stretching, and working out on basic technical aspects.
  • diving into an experimental guided research
  • improvisational performance, prepared by each student

Presence is trust, presence is love <3

Because to act is to breath, and to act in English is to breath fire!
